About INTELEC
INTELEC is an Austrian-Turkish engineering and manufacturing company specializing in low-voltage power distribution, electrical control panels, industrial automation panels, and project-specific electrical assemblies for industrial facilities and commercial and public buildings.
We support EPC contractors, OEMs, MEP companies, and system integrators throughout the project lifecycle—from requirements review and electrical design to component procurement, manufacturing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), export packaging, and international delivery. Each assembly is manufactured against approved project documentation and verified through defined inspection and electrical testing procedures before shipment.

Project management, technical coordination, and design governance are led from Vienna. Procurement, electrical panel manufacturing, factory testing, export preparation, and logistics are managed from Istanbul. This operating model gives international customers clear responsibilities and direct communication across the project lifecycle.
Manufacturing in Türkiye provides access to an established industrial supply chain and competitive project economics. Electrical documentation, component selection, assembly, inspection, and testing remain aligned with approved specifications, applicable IEC/EN requirements, and defined quality procedures. INTELEC can support a project at any stage or manage the complete engineering and manufacturing workflow.

Requirements Review & Technical Alignment
Review of technical specifications, single-line diagrams, customer standards, interfaces, approved vendor lists, operating conditions, and required deliverables.

Electrical Engineering & EPLAN Documentation
Development or adaptation of electrical schematics, panel layouts, terminal plans, bills of materials, cable data, and production documentation in EPLAN Electric P8.
3.
Component Procurement
Sourcing of approved enclosures, protection devices, control components, automation hardware, drives, terminals, and accessories according to the project specification.
4.
Panel Manufacturing & In-Process Quality Control
Mechanical assembly, busbar processing, enclosure machining, wiring, labeling, torque control, and documented production inspections at our Istanbul facility.
5.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Routine verification, electrical testing, functional checks, communication and interface testing, documented results, and customer-witnessed FAT where required.
6.
Export Packaging & International Delivery
Project-specific packaging, shipment documentation, logistics coordination, and delivery to the agreed destination.

Depending on the scope, documentation may include electrical schematics, general arrangement drawings, bills of materials, terminal plans, cable data, electrical calculations, and FAT records.
Our quality processes use traceable reviews and inspections to maintain consistency from design approval and procurement through manufacturing, testing, and delivery. Technical support can continue during system integration, commissioning, and the agreed service lifecycle.
