INTELEC panels carry CE marking and a complete documentation package in English or German: schematics, declarations of conformity, and test reports aligned with EU project requirements. Our assemblies already operate in industrial, infrastructure, and public-building projects across Europe.
Yes. Send us your schematics and specification — we review them in EPLAN Electric P8, verify the layout on a digital twin of the panel, flag collisions or optimisation options, and manufacture exactly to the approved documentation. If you only have a functional specification, we engineer the panel for you.
Nothing goes to the shop floor before your approval. You receive EPLAN Electric P8 schematics, a 3D layout of the panel, parts and terminal lists, and a heat-balance check where required. All comments are resolved in documentation first — which is why assembly errors and on-site rework stay minimal.
Every panel ships with a complete handover package: EPLAN schematics, parts and terminal lists, routine-verification results and a FAT report per IEC 61439, CE declarations, and installation and maintenance documentation. Your site team receives everything needed for SAT and final acceptance.
The QA plan is managed from Vienna and executed at the Istanbul plant: incoming component inspection, in-process checks at defined hold points, and routine verification with FAT per IEC 61439. You receive photo and video reports at every stage — and can join the FAT remotely or in person.
