Busbar Processing
Dedicated machinery cuts, bends, and punches rigid copper busbars and flexible insulated busbar systems. Accurate fabrication supports reliable current distribution, clearances, and repeatable assembly quality.
Torque Control
Calibrated torque screwdrivers and wrenches are used to tighten electrical connections to specified values. Documented torque control improves connection reliability and long-term operational safety.
Cable Preparation
Professional cable-processing equipment provides repeatable conductor cutting, stripping, ferrule preparation, and termination. Standardized cable preparation improves wiring quality and reduces installation errors.
CNC Enclosure Machining
A Rittal Perforex CNC machining center processes enclosures, doors, and mounting plates directly from engineering data. Automated drilling, milling, cut-outs, and tapping improve accuracy, repeatability, and production speed.
QUALITY CONTROL, ELECTRICAL TESTING & FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTING
Inspection, Testing & Verification
Every electrical assembly is inspected and tested before shipment against approved project documentation, applicable requirements, and agreed acceptance criteria. The verification scope can include visual and mechanical inspection, protective conductor continuity, insulation and dielectric tests, wiring checks, functional tests, communication checks, and customer-witnessed FAT. Recorded results support traceability and commissioning readiness.

Packaging and logistics are planned according to equipment dimensions, weight, sensitivity, transport route, destination, storage conditions, and site handling requirements.
